I can not forward this!
I work for a Health insurance Company and I find the misleading statements the president is spreading about Health Insurance Offensive.
Your policy jeporadizes my career and the private health Insurance industry as a whole.
This country cannot afford additional taxes for More government programs. The money till is Empty.
You guys lost me when you wrote that 787 Billion dollar Check against the national Debt.
I wish you guys all the best, but please stop spending money irresponsibly.

This is intrusion, they have broken laws, but nothing will be done. It's like Venezuela and the other communist Countries, first thing on the playbook is to get everyone to tell on each other about anything fishy, people start mistrusting even their friends and relatives, this is the best way for the leftists to make sure everyone keeps their mouths shut.

Garrett provides no proof that Axelrod actually sent emails to anyone, and Gibbs is very professional it keeping his cool in the face of this.
If he or anyone at FOX has evidence, publish it or shut up!

Garrett was trying to get answers to how Axelrod got the e-mails to people that did not request information from the White House. That is what good reporters do. Without an answer Garrett used the Freedom of Information Act to try and get answers. Perhaps RectoNoVerso should ask Axelrod if he sent those e-mails. It is a simple yes or no question and if he doesn't reply, then the answer is obviously yes he did send them.

Mr Gibbs doesn't need the addresses. If there is diference between the list of those who "signed up" to receive update vs. the total number of addresses spammed, he would only have to explain the source of the difference. Someone knows where the additional email addresses came from. And I am confident in the use of the word additional. I have received two pieces of this spam from Axelrod and have never "signed up" to be informed by this White House. I did send one email to the "flag@stasi" address complaining of the snitch policy. But they never could have gotten my email address from that, Mr Gibbs told us previously that they weren't collecting names and email addresses from there. Mr. Gibbs may not have been informed, but there are some questionable practices going on in this White House.

SELFRESPONSIBILTY, your explanation for Mr. Garrett's reluctance makes sense. It will be interesting to see if Fox decides to follow up on this now that they have your permission to do so. My guess is no because I don't think it will advance the story that Fox is trying to tell but I will wait to see what happens and give them a chance to prove me wrong. I still insist, however, that it is unfair to describe Mr. Gibbs' response to the question as stonewalling since he lacked sufficient information to respond.

Monie, Glenn Beck? The guy who's show is being shown without commercial interruption as a public service? Not surprisingly there's only one problem with his paranoid rant, it isn't true. You can see the privacy statement for yourself at http://www.dot.gov/privacy.html. It says nothing like that. Tip to Beck, next time you make something up check the grammar. Privacy statements are written by lawyers and they usually make sense.

They probaly put my Email on their 'List' back Months ago, when I sent an Email to Whitehouse.gov and told them they were all going to Hell. I have had a few back and forth with the White House and Axlerod. I told them I don't play those "Propaganda Games", when they started sending me their Arguments for Health Care. Axlerod then said, "This is no Game". I've been just deleting them lately to prevent Spyware from being downloaded.

Guys, think about it...on Glenn Beck, there was a segment on how the cars.gov site had a clause in the privacy notice that said YOUR PERSONAL COMPUTER WOULD VIEWED A PROPERTY OF THE US GOVERNMENT. For those that didn't see the segment, the link is:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EUncU0VJ6LQ
Basically, you are turning your personal computer to the White House to do whatever they want to do with it. Now, when people didn't read the whole privacy notice and just clicked "agree", who's to say that the White House DIDN'T gain access to that computer, gain the email addresses stored in it and THAT'S how all of this started?? Sound far fetched? Remember who you are dealing with...this is a twisted White House, a twisted House, and a twisted Senate. They are capable of ANYTHING!

Let me answer Henri....since my email was among the first compliants. . Major had to get permission from the people involved before releasing their names to the White House..
He did not have that permission at the original press conferance.. He now has my permission to release my name and I imagine a multitude of others now as well.
As far as i know Gibbs is still stonewalling and Fox has made a request to release the source of these names through the freedom of info act.
