Obamas' birth certificate is hiding with his transcripts from Harvard and Columbia.Perhaps they are in Kenya with his Muslem relatives.

Prosecute for what? Doing their jobs. Obama and his cronies have crossed the line. If we did not do what we had to to get information, our troops would really have suffored more than they already had. These bastards decapitate our servicemen and women when they capture them. Maybe the Obama administration ought to get a taste of what are people endure.

Anonymous en ...I am against TORTURE, but not interragation. I experienced some of these techniques while serving in the intelligence field (20 yrs). They are very uncomfortable, but no undue pain is inflicted. There are reasons that some information is not generally known to general public, you are one of those reasons.

If they do prosecute any Bush officials for torture, then when the Republicans take back Congress and the Presidency they will prosecute the Obama administration for cowardness.

I agree that BO is a person who speaks with a forked tongue. Eric Holder is a prime example of a blooming idiot. He has no clue what is right or wrong. I guess you can say that of all of the government in Washington. President Bush did the right thing when the time came. Hey, lets impeach Bill Clinton again and send him to jail. He was impeached but never left office. He is still collecting his pay check, retirement, and medical lets all go after that along with the rest of the bums.

I am miffed. I thought torture was something like bamboo under the finger nails, ice picks into the ear drums, hot-pokers into the eyes, or perhaps even castration or rorse; certainly not waterboarding, sleep deprivation, and pop-singers 24-hours a day (my kids do that to themselves). Not to mention the countless lives that have been saved and devastation that has been deterred. Oh well...that's NOBAMA for you!!

I took his lame response as, "Yes, I support my terrorist pardoning AG looking to see how he (we) can railroad a former president." Well, if THAT'S the case, why don't we open an investigation into Bubba for his complicity in the deaths of our boys in Somalia? Surely his refusal to give them the AC 130's & APCs they asked for due to "not wanting to send the wrong message" is TEN TIMES more criminal than W telling the CIA they could waterboard terrorists & lock them in a room with a caterpillar.
