To begin with, you are a stupid nut. Congress was fully aware of everything the Bush admin. did. Most approved it and even more, how do you think this country made it through WW2? Aside from that aspect there is the Obama Gestopo at work now. This is Dictatorship at its worst. Bana Republic's go after old regime's when they come into office. That is not done here. Obama has crossed the line and it comes at a time when he wants our attention to be focused on this issue while the House attempts to pass his outrageous energy bill and would prefer that we not notice his chumming with Chavez. He is just like Chavez and is slowly working his way into position with the help of George Soros and others just like yourself. If you love this country then open your eyes or at least pull your head out of Obama's rectum.

Obama has not faced the problems the Bush administration faced, he has not been "greeted" with a terrorist attack like the country experienced when Bush became President.
Whatever the Bush administration had to decide, was the right one. He kept us safe! The country has not been attacked since then.

This is the most dangerous administration and the most ultra-leftist congress I have ever seen. It appears that Obama and the Democrats are planning to prosecute those people in the previous administration who were simply trying to protect the American people from the terroist threat. That's the kind of thing you would see in a 3rd world dictatorship. It's clear to me that as they expand the power of the federal government and trample all over the Bill of Rights...the Democrats are rigging the system to be absolutely certain that they never lose power again. They are masters at stealing elections with "magic ballots" that appear out of thin air. And now groups like "Acorn" have been given federal dollars so that they too can assist in commiting even more voter fraud.

President 'pass the buck' - it will be up to Attorney General Holder to decide.
