I am so disgusted with BO and everything he stands for. Perhaps instead of spending his time and energy trying to prosecute Bush's people he should expend his energy and start really focusing on the real terrorist threat that is looming. Obama frightens me - he is a softy, phony, and has no backbone when it comes to foreign policies and national security. This man is a freaken idiot. And what is even more unbelievable to me are those who continue to support him. Within the past few years I have really come to realize how stupid and naive people are (that is those on the left).

Why don't we just give the Taliban and other Terrorists (yes I said Terrorists, sorry to offend any terrorists reading this) tours of the CIA & NSA? Wouldn't this be easier than just giving them a little info a little at a time. Since Obama seems hell bent on destroying our great country, he should just do it all at once instead of dragging it out. He's starting to convince me that by him knowing all of the govts. secrets, our countrys security has already been compromised by the "enemy". This should be a lesson for all of our men and women fighting on the front lines, Don't take ANY prisoners, kill all of them on the battlefield. (Guantanamo problem solved and torture controversy solved with 1 bullet).

Okay folks, listen carefully, Obama will never prosecute the last administration because that will pull all the Dem Cronnies into this problem because they knew what was happening and they sanctioned these actions. He would just bring his own Congress down, so this is a ploy just to keep the folks off guard to the other things that he is doing. He wants you to focus on this so that you quit focusing on the other defaulting actions of his administration. Forget this, watch what he is doing under the table to take our RIGHTS away!

Then when it is time for the defense, Bush's lawyers can call Pelosi, Reid, Clinton and the rest of the Congress that was briefed on this so called torture. They sure didn't disagree then! Let's get it ALL out there, not just the regular BS from the left. Let's quit screwing around and get serious about impeaching this man. How about a class action suit, us against the US Gov?

President Bush was a disappointment to me in many ways, but he was right on about the threat to our nation. President Clinton was also a dissapointment to me and put into place policies that led years later to North Korea having nuclear capability, access by the Chinese to SCI maters, and forcing banks to lend 50 % of their mortgage loans to people who could not afford those homes. The worst liars and theives are sitting in the US congressand senate Our country is in real trouble.

FoxNation tends to be very arbitrary in their "moderating" decisions. One might easily believe they have KOS moles on their staff. I think "Farce and Biased" is a better description of this forum about half the time. Have you ever tried to submit a comment, only to have your cursor jump to the top of the page, page back down to the comment area, and find your comment still there? Either they do this based on your name, some other criterion, or the system is just not up to the load.
Alternatively, your comment gets a "being moderated" note, and disappears forever. One actually receives more courtesy and fairness on Fox Forum, itself, usually.

I went through a type of water boarding when I was in the Army and know plenty of others that did the same. My fear now , is that BO has destroyed this countries ability to counter any attacks that are coming. Every third rate Intel service of every country now knows the limits our Intel community will go. I hope all the BO lovers are still slobbering over him after the next attack hits, because I truly fear another one is on the way.

In response to your previous entry concerning Israel. I agree with you, Israel keeps up with everything, their very lives depend on it. When a problem shows up they KICK ASS AND TAKE NAMES FOR LATER. This is why Iran wants nukes , they know for a fact they cannot handle Israel with conventional weapons. Of course Iran would have to sneak attack with a nuke because Israel has had nukes for a long time and would turn Iran to a " glow in the dark wilderness" right quick.

Only in America would these tactics be truly considered torture. Other countries employ things like staking you to the ground over newly planted bamboo that then grows nicely through your body, beats you to a pulp, cut off a few digits, or just kill you in front of a camera crew and then posts it on the web for your family, friends, and the world to see. Let's see, sleep deprivation, small rooms, bugs, and water leaks-sounds like some 'old school' college to me! Sure I can see them breaking under the pressure of continuous children's music.....I myself being a mother have cracked after 8 hours of barney!

There is an easy answer to this problem. All that needs to happen is the Democrats start cooperating with the Republicians and look for solutions for the American People. The Republicians are not the ones who obstructing progress, lying, creating problems where there are none. Listen and take a good look at Pelosi, Ried, Dodd, Rangel, Barney Franks and take a good look at all the new Appointees. None of them are qualified to wipe your nose, let alone run a country. Tell the Dems to start working for the Country instead of themselves and we might make some progress.

Obama had the audacity to call America "arrogant" and "divisive" while in Europe, then pulls a stunt like this. He has already said the CIA operatives would not be prosecuted. His own security people admit that “high value” intelligence was obtained. The Bush attorneys just gave legal advice, and even bad legal advice isn't criminal. This leaves only George Bush as the real target of Obama and the liberals, and if their "investigation/prosecution" leads them there - he will be even further tearing this country apart. Obama and his liberal buddies can rest on their high horses and laurels only because the Bush administration kept us safe following 9/11. "Torture" may be unpopular - but being killed by Muslim radicals is even far less fun. So, if Obama wants to see George Bush prosecuted - take your best shot and see what it does to this country, our security, and the growing anger against the liberals out there.

We seem to forget the 9/11 event, when we were afraid to fly or when we were flying, we looked around for terrorist. We were desperate, we, the congress applauded when they authorized President Bush to do everything in his power to go after the terrorist.
Take a good look at the teenage pirates who held one of our own American hostage. We didn't care what method to use. The countries that hated Americans will be accusing us and President Obama of killing 3 poor teenagers.
Ask McCain and war prisoners how they were tortured. We lost Vietnam because we were the only ones that ceased fire during holidays because we are following the Geneva policy. Where is General Patton?
