If you can go out and speak at a major speaking engagement and do it with a few notes ,my hats off to you
To give a speech with just some notes shows competence.
Barack Obama, the "great orator," needs teleprompters for every lame utterance, every speech, every policy announcement;
even Obama sets up TelePrompters in 6th grade classrooms.
57 states? Austrian language? Profits and earnings ratio? Can’t pronounce “corps” correctly? That’s the kinda intellect I expect from Obama.

Obviously you didn't see him at the GOP conference in Baltimore a few weeks ago. Few FoxNation people did, because it never happened, according to the right wing. No notes, no teleprompter and has the GOP so scared they are calling the bipartisan health care meeting next week "a trap". And originally said they wouldn't even show.
