Scott Brown is right and things are starting to change and I for one am really glad to see it. They are already laid off., that is why the numbers are now in the 10's of thousands. How can you layoff 70,000 and show hires of 5,990 and the unemployment rate goes down....... Jus because a persons unemployment benefit runs out and he is not hired, does not mean he is not still unemployed!,,, I know this first hand!
