The certificate on factcheck doesn't prove that he was actually born in Hawaii, and then there is the issue of his father being Kenyan, which prevents him from being natural born. Go to wikipedia.com and read about Natural Born US citizen. That is real proof.

Yes it does. How can you say it doesn't? Plus it doesn't matter that his father was born in Kenya. He was born in Hawaii on 1961 Hawaii became an official state of this union in 1959. And by your logic no one can be President because all of our ancestors came from different countries.

Fools, just googe it. The certificate is online, so are the birth announcements from the hawaii papers from the time, so it a statement from the State of Hawaii.

What is posted online is a Certificate of Live Birth (COLB). This does not provide the same amount of information as a long-form birth certificates. In fact, foreign nationals have been issued COLBs in the U.S.
BHO's COLB online is widely known to be a fraud as it was completed in Photoshop in 2008.

The Sovereign State of Hawaii does not release that so-called "long form" certificate. They issue the "short form" that is available for anyone with eyes to see.
If you want to make a stink, go protest outside the Hawaiian Department of Health.

I saw someone's post earlier in here...and I agree, it is BS that I have to show my birth certificate for every little thing I want to do (especially if it involves government intervention, ie. DMV) and he can't even amuse us by showing us a copy. I mean come on, he does have the most prestigious job in America. Transparency? Right....

There has been reporters that have gone to Hawaii to check it out. Neighbors don't remember a black infant living at the address listed in the paper of the birth announcement.

I have to produce my children's original birth certificate everytime I sign them up for a sport or in a new school. NO IF ands or buts about it. IF its good enough for me to do, it's good enough for the President of the US. If its a questions, just provide the proof and be done with it. The more he ignores it the more speculation he brings to bare on the issues. I really didn't think much about this issue months ago, but as time goes on, and reveals his agenda while turning our country on its side, and STILL he wont produce a certificate, makes me wonder A LOT. Maybe there really is something to the story, otherwise it's be a done issue and the laugh would be on us. I'm alright with that so long as the facts support his nomination and election to the highest position in the US based on the CONSTITUTION.

the state of hawaii only releases this type of birth certificate. it is enough of a birth certificate to satisfy requirements for your child to enroll in scholastic or sporting programs. the hawaiian doh has repeatedly confirmed the authenticity of his birth certificate. congress knew of this birfer issue and still the congress unanimously voted to declare him the winner.
There IS no controversy except in the minds of birfers.
