No Joke! Stuart Smalley Headed to Senate!

The Minnesota Supreme Court ruled today that Democrat Al Franken won the U.S. Senate election and said he was entitled to an election certificate that would lead to him being seated in the Senate. "Affirmed," wrote the Supreme Court, unanimously rejecting Republican Norm Coleman's claims that inconsistent practices by local elections officials and wrong decisions by a lower court had denied him victory.

You don't have to worry too much about Franken.

To Vietnam Veteran:
One good thing is lower costs for health care. Even Republicans are admitting that a public option will be cheaper than private insurance. It's interesting that they say Government Insurance is doomed to fail, yet it is also so competitive that private companies can't keep up.
Anyway, cheaper insurance? universal coverage? These lead to more check-ups and less ER visits. (An ounce of prevention worth a pound of cure thing).
Will my taxes go toward other citizens getting coverage, you bet. We are a society. We are in this together. My taxes (yours too) go to pay for roads, schools, tunnels, etc. that neither of us will ever drive on. Is that redistribution of the wealth? Our taxes pay for medical coverage of our servicemen and vets, surely you are aware of that.
The military provide a service to this country, defense. But we all provide a service to this country: teachers, bricklayers, etc. We all better this country in our own way.
If my tax dollars go to making someone's life better, so be it. I can sleep well at night.

I have done internet searches with "MSNBC" with "Alfred E Neuman" and "Alfred E Newman." I've never known what the correct spelling is.
Anyway. I haven't seen any examples of when the News Organization itself compared Bush to the Mad Magazine character. There have been bloggers on MSNBC sites who did, to be sure, but not the official site.
Could you provide an example?

The zombie can refuse no task and is often used solely for physical labor at ACORN, as a slave.
