No Joke! Stuart Smalley Headed to Senate!
The Minnesota Supreme Court ruled today that Democrat Al Franken won the U.S. Senate election and said he was entitled to an election certificate that would lead to him being seated in the Senate. "Affirmed," wrote the Supreme Court, unanimously rejecting Republican Norm Coleman's claims that inconsistent practices by local elections officials and wrong decisions by a lower court had denied him victory.

What you're missing Tom is that its not a 2-party system anymore... people are angry at them all, i.e., democrat, republican, independent & libertarian... we need candidates that will uphold the constitution and work for us, the people of this great nation! I'm a republican (and I don't always vote down the party line) and I'm fed up with where my party wants to go, but I'm also angry with the others too because they are only working for themselves and not for us! let them know that regardless of political pressure, they have got to vote this bill
down! One day they'll have to look their kids in the eye, and explain to them
why this country is far less free than when they grew up
