Obama Cancels July 4th Party With Iran
The White House announced Wednesday that it has rescinded the invitations made to Iranian diplomats who may want to barbecue and watch fireworks to celebrate Independence Day. "As you all know many weeks ago the administration extended an invitation to celebrate the freedom that this country enjoys. not surprisingly based on what we see in Tehran, no one has RSVP'd," said White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs.

This man who pretends to be president is NOT a leader in any fashion. He said on either Tuesday or Wednesday that it was up to the Iranian gov't if they wanted to attend. And the very next day he rescinds the invite. He should have rescinded the invite DAYS ago, at the same time he should have condemned the Iranian gov't !! This disgusting creature should have never been put into this leadership position. Where are the good people we need to run our country?

His first reactions are always wrong. When asked about rescinding the invite days prior, knowing what was going on in Iran, he maintained it was up to the Iranian Diplomats to decide. So in other words the invite was still on. Only after he hears the opposite reaction to his decisions, does he back pedal. He should have said “No hot dogs for you” when the Iranian gov attack the crowds. He is always a day late and a dollar short.

For once I really wish the White House would react BEFORE the opinions polls come out! Why can't the Dem's ever just make a decision on what is logical and right? They always seem to just hang back and wait. That's what I liked about Bush...no matter what he stood on his convictions....popular or not.

Glad it has been cancelled. The 4th of July, will not have the same meaning with all the freedoms, we are losing daily. We will be protesting in Texas! Our freedoms are dwindling quickly!
