These approval numbers are just the beginning for 2010 and 2012. Look at yesterday's European elections (which historically has voted to the social left). First Europe, next America.

Well, a 61% approval of overall job performance is pretty good in any book. Bush had an average of around 30% approval when he left office. We report…You decide.

bill, The reason that Fox references Rasmussen Polls is because they are the only ones that are unbiased and reliable. All other pollsters are biased or paid off, which is why they never get any of the facts correct in their polls and then just brush it off.

Storm, thats exactly what I am hearing. I listened, studied and read, and never liked the many from day one of his campaign. He was lying to people and I called it the Jim Jones syndrome. Many I work with, both white and black, whisper that they voted for him, and are now so sorry. BTW, they work and are not home to do the telephone polls. Rasmussen is getting all the ones at home during the day...think about it. Talk to those working and paying taxes and you will not get a 50 even.

Yet again a "much ado about nothing" piece. The numbers are right in line with what they have been over the last 3 months. If you read the Rasmussen Poll as well as check out the other polls, this stuff all gels about the same. Some polls show 'all adults' as a sample while others, like this one, show 'likely voters' as the sample. Typically the all adults polls show significantly higher ratings (40+ - 50+) than likely voter polls (34-38). This being a lv poll, shows exactly what it should, just as the disapproval ratings are well within the same range as the past 3 months. So sorry guys, nothing new here, just the same positive poll numbers you LOVE to hate.

What hate? I don't see any mention of hate in my post other than the reference to the positive poll numbers you all love to hate....that is it. I don't hate anything or anyone. I like this site. I believe most of the posters here are off base in their political views. But I don't hate them. We all have a right to express opinions...and supposedly the purpose of this site is to promote an exchange of opinions, isn't it? If anything I think you should point your finger of accusation at some of the people that share your views more often. LOL, once again Fox Nation is a day late and a dollar short. Today's Rasmussen poll has him up again by +7 (the range he has been in since he took office). I realize you all want his negatives to be as high as Bush's (69%, the highest disapproval in polling history), but this president still enjoys broad and deep support.
