I for one would like to see the "ORIGINAL" birth certificate of the President. As one of the 400,000 American Citizens who want to and have the "RIGHT to ask and view the original BS. Wouldn't it be nice to have the ORIGINAL on display in D.C.? Just like the Constitution and Bill of RIghts is on disply for those who wish to see it? Okay, so they produced the one which is on the internet from the State of Hawaii which is what you get when you ask for a copy! NOW LETS SEE THE ORIGINAL that gave the State of Hawaii the info to produce the one on the internet! How difficult is this? On the other hand GIBBs is a terrible person to laugh at what 400,000 American citizens are asking for and have a "RIGHT" to see!
Just think for a moment, what if he isn't a natural born citizen, then he couldn't be President of the USA! Right?
That sure is reason not to want to show your original Birth Certificate!
Then on the other hand, we don't know anything for sure because we have not seen the "True Original Birth Certificate".

Where in the name of "fair and balanced" is Fox news on this most important subject? Huh? Where? All of the great reporters on the Fox network, and not one has the guts to report, or say a word about this very critical topic. This is a consttutional requirement. McCain had to prove his elligibility. I have been waiting and wondering who is holding this story back at Fox. It's the only news channel my wife and I watch, and I see the viewer rating on O'Reilly so I know most of the nation watches Fox too. Get on with it! How about reporting a story that is before the U.S. Supreme Court and several other courts right now. Actually this story broke before LAST summer, and Fox news is mum. Something is fishy at Fox news.

Well THERE'S the first truth uttered by one of you on this site today....what FOX does on a daily basis is all useless. Ya. Okay, that isn't true...you have to admit this stuff is great entertainment, but as for actual facts, well, not so much. Listen, maybe they are not investigating "full-on" as you say because even THEY know, THERE IS NOTHING TO INVESTIGATE. It has been produced. It has been talked about. It has been a non-issue for...how many months now? No matter what is produced, none of you will ever believe it to be real, so why even bother. I still say, if you all are so dead set to have what you call the "real" birth certificate posted, you need to post your own certificates. I mean it seems fair to me. To follow your own logic, you are not from this country, are not an American citizen, are hiding something. Why all the secrets?

The sad part is that even the alleged conservatives are too afraid to address this issue. Michelle Malkin and David Horowitz said that people who were concerned about THE ONE'S qualifications were just tin-foil hat crazed loons. It would be nice if these conservatives, who are supposed to care about honesty and integrity, would grow a pair!
Hussein's phony photoshopped Certificate of Live Birth is NOT evidence that he was born in Hawaii. Why has he spent a million dollars in lawyer fees to block the release of a real long form birth certificate? Why doesn’t the media send reporters to Hawaii to get to the bottom of this, instead of sending them to Alaska to ask Levi Johnston about his relationship with Bristol Palin? When will the supposed conservative media man-up and start addressing this issue? When will any media do it for that matter?
Notice in the past, when there were a few stories written about this, the reporter would attack the people who were bringing up the issue of BO’s eligibility instead of addressing the concerns being presented. All I can say is keep it up, pound away at the subject! Keep making noise and force all of the obstructionists to address this, whether they are right, left, or center.
Solution? Easy. Provide a genuine, valid, vault, long form birth certificate!

I think that the Constitution is very important and the ability to avoid fallowing it is much easier for someone who is not a native of the country for which it was framed. Prove to us that it is TREASON that you are perpetrating and not an external threat so that we can determine whether the threat is foreign or domestic, Mr. President.

Questions: Does anyone know how you can obtain a copy of a birth certificate from a hospital for someone who is not a family member? Are there any archives you can access? How about birth notices that were printed in newspapers? If he was born in Hawaii, hopefully there might be some newspaper archives to search.

If you go to the factcheck (link is posted multiple times in this thread) site, they have the newspaper listing along with the birth certificate itself posted. It is all very clear and easy to read. So, yes you can see the newspaper listing there as well.

Ah, Yes. The old "fact check" ploy. Back in one of the earlier elections, I don't recall if it was 2000 or2004. Someone kept referring me to" fact check" in a debate we were having. Well, I went to" fact check" and found exactly what they had been argueing. Since I knew better, I went further and checked on who was behind fact check , who the "analysts were and what their backgrounds were. Lo and behold, I found a whole bunch of Democrat former staffers, etc. When I pointed this out to the person I had been debating and they checked it out, they concurred and no longer used "fact check" as an unbiased reference. I haven't been on that site fore quite some time but, if I recall correctly, they had gotten more clever in hiding the backgrounds of some of there people. You could still get to the bottom of it, it just took longer.

Yes, yes, yes!! All of his records should be released from the Long Form legal Birth Certificate and include his former passports and all school records too. If my kids have to show their Long Form Birth Certificate to play in sports, enroll in schools, and get their first drivers license, shouldn’t the leader of our America have that obligation also. I’ve had to show my lawful credentials for every job I’ve ever applied. This will not be resolved, until the veil is removed. We know more about Mickey Mouse than we know about this current President and meanwhile our country is being ripped apart by his policies . If you live in this country, even if you are just visiting this country, you are subject to it’s laws (i.e. you are subject to the jurisdiction of the country). Therefore if you are born in this country then you are a natural born citizen of this country. Stop being a snob.

He did not. He released a short form birth cirtificate that can be used to record births outside the states. It does not prove he was born in HI.
