Yes women have come here to have their babies so they would be American citizens but imagine their suprize when they find out their plan did not work because of our strict citizenship laws. There is a difference between being a citizen of the US and being a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. The constitution requires the President to be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN not just a citizen.

What I want to know is why Fox News "employs" Bill O'reilly, Sean Hannity, & Greta Van Susteren, the "Big Hitters" in Investigation & Ratings, with the "world wide resources of Fox News, and they chose to refer to this man, Barry, Barak, or whoever he is, as President? Making jokes about the mainstream media and tingley things running up their legs, all the while,ignoring the Biggest News Story in American History!

Larry - if the country doesn't care about his political associations and left leanings in the run up to his nomination, a little thing like a birth certificate is a small matter. My point: If I'd had the same political affiliations and beliefs as Mr. O when I volunteered for the USN ('67) I wouldn't have passed the vetting process! I would've been deemed "undesireable" and not allowed to join. But its OK for our Commander in Chief of all the armed forces. Yes, the world has turned upside down!

The simple question is... why would he spend MILLIONS to keep his records sealed? Why would he pay lawyers to run interference on this? BECAUSE he has something to hide plain and simple! If you have a little league coach with something in his history you found out he was hiding and spending thousands to keep hidden... would you let him/her coach your child? Yet we have a sitting president that won't answer the simplest of questions. WHAT COUNTRY DO I LIVE IN? We laugh at other countries when politicians get away with things like this yet it is happening right under our noses and people don't care. Why would someone spend over $100,000 to send lawyers to defend himself when all he had to do is show a $20.00 birth certificate? The constitution says that anyone in the office of Presidency must be a natural born citizen. Otherwise he is an illegal president. In other parts of the world taking office illegally is called a coup d etat. Congress would have done an illegal act. They are guilty of criminal activity if he is illegal.

Yes, absolutely, he should release not only his long form birth certificate, but his college records, and passport information as well. He is paying an awful lot of money to cover up the fact that he is a usurper. It's time for the American people to get the truth before he destroys the country for good.

Not enough can be said in critique of the irresponsible behavior demonstrated by members of the press from all political spectrums. Other than the folks at WND, every major "credible" news media outlet simply ignored this. Had he put the $20.00 up to produce the vault copy of his birth certificate showing the hospital he was born at and the attending physician, this could be a dead issue. It's the fact that he's spending over a million dollars to block something as innocuous as a birth certificate that raises one's suspicions. What's he hiding? California has kept people off the ballot who were under the required age of 35. Why not verify a candidate's eligibility by birth?

It could be that, at this point, they are more afraid of what happens if BO isn't qualified to be president based on his birth- Joe Biden becomes president. It has to scare ya, even just a little, to have that cosmically stupid man making the decisions. Biden makes Jimmy Carter look like a genius. You are absolutely right about Rush, Hannity, Levin, O'Reilly, etc. They are ALL frauds. Barry is not a natural born citizen. End of story. Oh, and the only thing Hawaii said on the subject was, yes, we do have a long form birth certificate on file. They did not say that he was born in Hawaii, only that they had a legal BC on file.

I was originally skeptical of the eligibility question. However, this could all be easily resolved by releasing the full length birth certificate and other records. It is my understanding Mr. O has spent vast sums of money and has an army of lawyers fighting the issue. Why? This question of an ineligible man in the White House must be investigated to the fullest.

It's more than just the birth certificate.
There are other ways he could be unqualified.
His dual citizenship from his Kenyan/British father, becoming a citizen of Indonesia as a kid, the list goes on.
There are just too many unanswered questions that need to be answered a year ago.

While I would love to not only see the birth certificate and all other records be released but obozzo being booted from office. Let's use our heads for one moment. Let's say Fox News broke the story about the birth certificate and obozzo produced a fake long form. They would be in trouble, big trouble. Not only would they potentially lose some of their loyal viewers but those on the fence. They have been quite smart in letting the viewers voice their opinions. As long as "we the people" still have a voice, let's use it. Fox will report this when they see fit. We cannot afford to lose our only unbiased news outlet.

You should study the history of Indonesia during that time period. He was never an Indonesian citizen and there is no way they would have made him one.

You need to do some research. His step father enrolled him in school in Indonesia. (registration has been located) He could not go to school unless he was a citizen. A condition he achieved through adopted. He was. (Divorce papers prove that.
Because of the Hague Conference and it wording, dual citizen was not allowed if both countries did not agree. Indonesia did not agree to joint citizenship. Therefore, he lost his US citizenship at that time.........
Look it up. Do some research....think. (That applies to the FOX network also)

The alleged president had only one parent who could possibly have been a U.S. citizen at the time of his birth, his mother. Therefore, regardless of where he was born, he was not a natural born citizen at the time of his birth and never can be. All the hoopla about whether or not he has a birth certificate showing that he is a citizen is moot! It is not mere citizenship that makes one qualified to be president; it is natural born citizenship!
