When we had to register my son for Little League All-Stars, a certificate of live birth was unacceptable. This man and his accomplices have perpetrated the biggest hoax in history. I urge all of you to look up Orly Taitz, a lawyer who is pursuing the issue of the birth certifcate with the Supreme Court. World Net Daily is another site to check out. They have begun a campaign with billboards asking, "where's the birth certificate." In unison, our voices must be heard.

When the Constitution was written there was no such thing as a birth certificate, so how did early Americans know who was from where? In fact, most folks didn't even have the vote.

The Constitution states that the President must be native born and also a particular age to hold that office...It's all there--in the Constitution!
This needs to be investigated. It is out there, and no one is pushing it. Those who voted for their 'messiah' also need the truth, whether they want to accept it or not--if found to be true. If there is no real problem, why can't we get the birth certificate, make sure it has not been altered, forged, etc. If he is legally holding the office we can move on. Hopefully, enough of the kool aid drinkers will awaken and we will only have four years with this person who is a threat to this Nation on many levels.

At one time, births were recorded in family bibles and in their churches. Because they did not have jets, the parents were almost always Americans by birth.

Please stay on this issue Fox - I don't understand why the silence - if you know something that makes this issue a moot point then tell us - if you are being silenced in any way don't allow it - i just can't imagine what it could be - it is your responsibility to report the news - protecting our constitution is the most important news I can think of - if you are worried about viewership - I promise you if something comes of this and you are not the first on it in the national media - you will def. loose lots of viewership - because the trust factor will die -

Don't you all see this is just part of the game. You go out and talk about being open and transparent even though you will be the most secretive administration in history. You make sure only the so called tabloid type people get hold of the story and then you laugh your head off when anyone even considers mentioning that fact that there have been just too many unanswered questions about BO's background.

There is way too much effort into such an easy issue. It is so hard for me to believe that this is truly happening in front of our faces... and we are accepting it like sheep. He has spent well over $1,000,000 in legal fees to 'defend' this issue. I am only afraid that once we get the courts to truly allow justice to be heard, we will have these pea-brained twits at the college campus' covering up and destroying whatever they can.

I still have not found out who has legal standing that they may stand before the Supreme Court and get them to hear the case. If we find that out we can get with the program and sue for his recoue for his Birth Certificate. Isn't it something that one has to sue to get the President to produce his birth certificate. Something any proud AMERICAN would do.

I'm writing this for a second time as it appears the first was erased by the site.
If you want to help push this to a legal conclusion you need to write two letters asking for a Quo Warranto action against Soetoro.
The two men who can start a Quo Warranto action are:
1. U.S. Attorney for D.C., Jeffrey Taylor, address online
2. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, address online.
Congress passed Quo Warranto laws to allow these two authorities to bring legal action against Usurpers holding a elected office illegally. It requires the Usurper to prove he holds the office under what legal authority.
For Mr. Soetoro, he would have to prove he is eligible to his office under Article II of the Constitution.

There is something wrong that BO has hired 3 TEAMS of lawyers to 'lock up' and hide his birth records and all his college records. Either get the list for yourself: Google it. or better yet ask FOX news to do the research for you. Have them get the name of the lawyers, the list of the multiple lawsuits (Including those that have made it to the SCOTUS.
Because no other case has ever been in the judicial system of this nature, there are no cases that can be used to "prove" a case. A real constitutional crisis.......that needs to be solved.

For them to be paying for lawyers and threating anyone that tries to fight the issue, there has to be something to it. It is extremely disappointed that no large media outlet is asking the question, the more people know about it the more pressure they have for the courts to get invovled. Right now no one that is concerened is being heard, media is ignoring it like they have been forbid to talk about it. WHY? Isnt the media job to report and you decide?

Absolutely the ONE! should be required to release true BC as all presidents should. If he was truly born in HI don't you think the Dr. that delivered him, the hospital that it took place and all the employees would be clamoring over themselves to take credit?
