A three-judge panel Tuesday awarded Democrat challenger Al Franken more votes in his bid to become Minnesota's next senator, but it will take additional court action to decide the final result in what is already the longest-running recount in the state's history.

Oh, and I suppose there was no corruption in THAT election? Attorney General Eric Holder has been presented the evidence of corruption in ACORN and found that there is sufficient evidence to proceed. Of course the witnesses identities have to protected for fear of retribution. MMMMM, wonder how long it will take for this case to come to trial. Oh, never mind, I'll be dead
