Mr. Kilburn was right not to accept stolen money. According to the Cincinnati Enquirer this morning the stolen money was accepted by to other officials. Very sad. NBC has sunk to an unbelievable low with this diatribe.

The "power of the purse - rests with the Congress" ALL revenue bills begin in the House (See Article 1). How did TARP emerge from the Senate first ??? Another query - Is Cap & Trade an offshoot of that long-enacted Clean Air Act wherein ((trades)) were sold to polluters when the price was right (Carter) ??? Reagan is dead and was a lousy President (was likable, but no sustance IMO).....well, I should say Nancy was a lousy President because she was the force behind Reagan. Being left OR right is not a dirty word....it's a point of view, it's RADICALS on either side that are the problem. His Alzheimer's started way before the end of his term and was concealed by the WH....and prior to this he tapped into his acting background and Nancy's advise to be the President that he was.
