Turning Point: Couric Rips Obama
Katie Couric may be best known for her unflattering interview with Sarah Palin. But her nightly news broadcast this past Monday night may be an indicator that the big liberal media are now turning their guns on Obama.
Couric said on “CBS Evening News” that Americans are growing “disenchanted” with Obama and are openly questioning his credibility.
“Is the honeymoon over?” anchor Couric said at the beginning of her correspondent’s report. “Although President Obama has been in office less than a year, many Americans are growing disenchanted with his handling of the enormous problems he and the country are facing, from healthcare to unemployment to Afghanistan. His poll numbers are sliding, and at least one poll shows his job approval rating has fallen, for the first time, below 50 percent.”

Couric can't sleep her way out of the ratings toilet, so she's using the same tactics FOX news uses: telling truths, instead of lies. She's a turncoat, and nobody can trust her now. Even the truth can't set her free, she's been in bed with the liars too long.

It's all about the ratings. Her Obama @ss-kissing has her ratings in the toilet, while she watches the crowds at Sarah Palin's book signings. Katie is no mental giant, but she's smart enough to know when she has screwed up. However it's too little, too late.

I can't think of one person I know who watches Katie Couric for news. She seems to be one of the least interesting and most biased news people covering current events.
Anyone who believes her to be a genuine news person must also believe in the Tooth Fairy and Easter Bunny.

A year late and a trillion dollar short. ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN will not get my business. They helped push this disaster on us. I think they should feel the sting of unemployment just like the rest of us. What say you fellas?

CBS, NBC, CNN and the "others" have been merciless in your coverage of Sarah Palin and all things that might hint of Republican or conservative.
and I've been meaning to ask you Katie....why would you ask such a silly question of Sarah Palin...."which magazines and newspapers do you regularly read"...I can't imagine you asking that of Obama or Biden or McCain for that matter. I've lost a great deal of respect for you.
I'll stay with Fox News....at least they are consistent in reporting the truth, and thank heavens we have them to turn to.

You are so right westtexasmare, Mccain was doomed over his immigration issues. Republicans just sat it out. But I believe the Media and acorn played the most important part in getting this jerk elected. Someone should remind the media that their job is to report the news not to elect and support presidents.
