Polanski Granted Bail
GENEVA (AP) - A Swiss court granted Roman Polanski bail on Wednesday, accepting $4.5 million to allow him to remain under house arrest at his chalet. The director will stay in prison for up to 10 days while the Swiss government decides whether to appeal.

I noticed most people are saying he is being accused of having sex with a 13 yr. old instead of saying rape. More PC, Don't people ever learn? Next thing, the will say they will not extradite him, if holder doesn't show any concern over the matter, he won't be extradited. Holder shows more concern that the terrorists have a nice stay and get their voices heard.

Here is your connection....Where is Eric Holder on this? His job is to enforce the laws of the US. Polanski is a convicted criminal fleeing sentencing in Europe. Why haven't Holder and his boss made any effort whatsoever to get Polanski back in the US to serve his time???

He will walk on the $4.5 Mil bail- no big deal for this child rapist. His friends will whisk him across the border back into France. He will receive a hero's welcome by the french. The Swiss never really intended to hand him over to America anyhow. Even if he came back here and was sent to prison for drugging sodomy and rape of a 13 year old child- O-Bow-Ma would pardon him as he exits the white house in 2012.
