Levi Filing for Joint Custody of Tripp
"The Insider" breaks news that Levi Johnston is going to file for joint custody of Tripp, his son with Bristol Palin.
Levi told "The Insider" he is now going to take legal action because he had trouble when trying to see his infant son over the weekend. "At the end of the month I'm going to file for joint custody of Tripp."

Joint custody is given in most cases. Primary placement is what matters. I was a single father, with placement, and my ex got joint custody. This levi is an idiot, but having two parents involved in the childs life is the right thing! I did not stop their mother from seeing our two boys, because its the right thing to do. Children are smart, and will see each parent for who they are. Saying levi shouldnt have joint custody is wrong! He just shouldnt have placement!

Bristol Palin obviously made the biggest mistake of her life in hooking up with this lowlife. I am certain she realizes this now. That said, Levi should be ashamed of himself, cashing in on his connection to the Palin family by whatever disgusting means possible. Any judge who would consider granting him joint custody should have his license revoked. Through his repulsive actions, he has proven that he has no love or respect for the child and his mother.

This is the biggest non-issue ever. The only question is why is he just now asking for Joint Custody? Anybody that the child was the priority in his life instead of himself would have done this on day one. Otherwise he can't complain if they deny him from seeing Tripp. Oh this will be one of about 5-10 Custody cases in that courtroom that day and one of 1000s across the US. Total no news. And the good thing is it will not interupt Sarahs booktour now on Facebook. THis is Levi vs Bristol. Without custody everything this twerp has said means nothing. Best would be if judge said Palins can't publicly talk about Johnstons and Johnstons can't publiclly talk about Palin's. Twerps value would be less than the court cost.
