Pelosicare: Jail For No Insurance
The nonpartisan Joint Committee on Taxation reported that the House version of the healthcare bill specifies that those who don't buy health insurance and do not pay the fine of about 2.5 percent of their income for failing to do so can face a penalty of up to five years in prison!
The bill describes the penalties as follows:
• Section 7203 - misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.
• Section 7201 - felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years." [page 3]
That anyone should face prison for not buying health insurance is simply incredible.

I saw the glee in her witch's face and heard the triumph in her grating voice when she announced that the "Take Over Every Aspect of Their Lives and Tax 'Em "Til They Bleed" bill had passed. Now we face prison time if we don't bend over and grab our ankles. I thought the purpose of a new health care bill was to help people, not persecute them. The whole bunch of contemptible idiots that voted for this giant roll of toilet paper need to be voted out. They obviously dismiss the Constitution and Americans as irrelevant and meaningless. EFFEM ALL.

I'm sorry to point this out, folks. Over the years, our congress has been very careful to assure that they are exempt from any form of fine or penalty for disobeying the laws (income tax, bribery, etc.) That is in addition to all the benefits they guarantee themselves and nobody else. (How many of you get an annual pay raise UNLESS YOU VOTE IT DOWN?)
Since Obama's thugoracy has definite ties to congress, so they will guarantee total protection of their constituents (OUR EMPLOYEES). It's too bad that the salary we pay congress is not enough to meet their needs and they have to resort to thievery from their employers. in order for them to live the lives to which they have become accustomed.

They don't want to put you in jail. They want your money and all your property. When the public "option" puts the private insurers out of business, we will have no option. Govt will control medical care and costs. When we get sick or hurt and accept govt care, we will "owe" them (remember - THEY decide how much). To recoup the costs of our care, they will come after everything we have thru IRS liens; thus destroying private property rights and redistributing the wealth. That's what the whole health care "reform" thing is about!
