President Obama announced his first judicial nomination today, elevating U.S. District Judge David F. Hamilton from southern Indiana to the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago.

This is what we can expect from ACORN:
With the research I have done, it seems this mess began in 1999, the Clinton years. I'm sick and tired of Obama and the dems crying "inherited this mess" and blaming it all on Bush. Let's think a minute....Obama has been in office less than 70 days and has managed to create such a financial hole for our children and grandchildren, fire a CEO from a private company and attempt to nationalize the banks and health care. Wouldn't you say that's quite alot for such a short time in office? Do you wonder why he is rushing these things thru? Maybe he's worried that these lawsuits will be heard by the courts and he will be found ineligible to be our president. I'm referring to his being born outside the US, going to school in Indonesia which only a citizen of Indonesia can do, visiting Pakistan in the 80's when US citizens weren't allowed entry, sending emails to one of Kenya's officials about how to enact riots and civil unrest if that particular official did not win his next election, visiting Hawaii to see his dying grandmother and instantly having his records sealed while there and having a closed door session with justices right before one the lawsuits concerning his eligiblity was heard. Sounds like a conspiracy to me. HE NEEDS TO GO!!!! We can thank ACORN for their radical tactics in this matter too.

In it, this same judge says that you cannot say the word "Christ" in prayer, but you CAN say "Allah". And for this, he is being promoted? Sick.

Surprised? No. Appalled? Very much so. But then, this is like "There shall be no lobbyists in my cabinet" and the "new transperancy".
ACORN having judges concerns me as much as does ACORN/WH controlling the census. Both will destroy our Nation from within.

I am very concerned about ACORN taking part in the census and now this?! The next president will have alot of work ahead of them to undo all the craziness and anti american crap that this administration has put into place.

The nation as a whole is responsible. I didn't vote for him, yet somehow there's got to be a way to force the president to listen and act according to the American People.
