I've been working and paying into Medicare since its inception; why should I turn it down? That's like saying I should turn down my health insurance benefits, that I am also paying for. I recently had a very frustrating conversation with a staff member of a congressional member. I was told in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution..it gives congress the power to mandate health care. Guess I have a different version of the Constitution. I am not a Constitutional lawyer but I really don't see that in the writings. Any Constitutionl lawyers out there that can enlighten me? Judge...can we fight this?
