You would take unemployed people, people that have a job, but can't quite additional expenses a month and fine them for not having insurance or throw them in jail. Democrats have ruled California and look at the mess, with all your liberal spending, has done to California, almost bankrupt. To everyone out there, this is what you have in store. IMHO, I think that it is fair to jail any public elected servant who fails to uphold their oath of defending our Constitution and then try to force a completely different type of government down throats of the USA citizens through the guise of false concern through their beloved “Health Care”, Cap and Trade" taking over the banking and auto manufactures, a have to have right now-stimulus passed to save the big boys and their investments while shafting the everyday American. Lets not forget that because of a 2" fish, the feds are destroying 12% of our national food supply.
These forked tongue public servants are attempting to become the DICTATORS. IMHO, jail her and all her companions and charge them with treason as the traitors they are as they deny not only our Constitution but the oath that they swore to “God”! Just like it was fair to murder Jews for thier religious beliefs and just as fair for Saddam to murder anyone who spoke against him. I say it would be fair to jail Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Bawney Fwank and Barrack Obama for violations of the U.S. Constitution. Every single one of them took an oath and a pledge to "uphold, support and defend" the Constitutution of The United States and are therefore in violation of thier oath of office. We need term limits. Also, we should code into law that anything submitted by the Congress or the Senate that exceeds a cost of "X" amount of dollars, gets voted on by the public to pass. I.E. Healthcare-Tax and Trade ect. ect.

This congress and its bunch have lost their minds. Jail someone for lack of insurance. I believe reform to help people get insurance is needed, but at what cost? Most people would love having insurance, if they could afford it they would have it. This policy would cost people more in fines and housing them in jail. Is this punishment for being American? Who will this hurt the low income sector that voted for Obama for change promise and hope. So much for help.

Here is a peaceful protest method. Simply do not buy insurance. When you get fined, don't pay it. If they throw you in jail, so be it. You will not be there long, maybe a week at the most. Of course, vote out anyone who voted for this travesty. Unless the powers to be decide to take that away also.
