These are great tenets that can make a huge difference in health care in America by addressing affordability and access -- the key reasons for health care reform in the first place. That being said, we need to take a look at the details to be sure there aren't any "gotchas" that parallel the ugly House bill in double speak, benefit take aways, and cost.
