On medicare now my doctor now cannot get reimbursment for the treatment he recommends, nitrogen removal of three spots on my chest, two black the size of a dime. Nancy Pelosi got all holier than thou during the speech because someone called out you lie, when she called the CIA liars for protecting this country in a time of terror.. To USCitizen-voter.....When you say that you are going to cut expenses and provide health care for more people it can only mean that there will be rationing. That means that the most expensive costs will be cut which means that the very young and the very old will be the first to be rationed. A government bureaucracy will make decisions about your health care or lack there of. Hence the term "death panels". If you are an intelligent individual I'm surprised that you quote factcheck.org. It is the most liberal biased source of information around. I do agree with your statement about propaganda. This administration uses it on a daily basis and it's obvious that facts, when arguing with liberals, are never part of the discussion. I find that name calling and insults and "talking points" are all the argument liberals have.

Stop with the games/everyone knows that the words "death panels" are not used in the bill. But when you set up a panel of people to make the decision on weather or not you recieve the care you need in order to survive; then you can call it anything you want/but someone else is making the decision for you. And care will have to be rationed! And illegals will get healthcare/because the bill does not state that you will have to show proof of citizienship in order to receive care!!! This is a dishonest statement from the President and he knows it. There always seems to be a backdoor for this administration/ and I will start listening when they start stating facts.

The poll, released Thursday night by the Public Policy Institute of California, shows 51 percent of California adults support “changes to the healthcare system being developed by Congress and the Obama administration,” while 38 percent oppose them.
Support was significantly stronger for what has become the most controversial element of the plan, the inclusion of a public option that would allow consumers to choose a government-run insurance plan over those offered by private insurers.
On that issue, 62 percent of Californians are in favor and 33 percent oppose it.

California does not represent America! The majority of Americans oppose the health care bill, and we do not want our Nation to end up like California. But that is the direction we are heading. Everyone needs to carry their own weight in the nation. There are people that truly need help and we are a nation of giving. But there is a limit/ and we have reached that limit. There is so much abuse and fraud in our govt. run programs, that were established to help those that truly needed help, because people abuse the system so they don't have to work!! Both he and Congress, as elected officials, are the taxpayers' public servants. So long as he continues to try to suppress our free speech and trample on our other constitutional freedoms, he will never gain my trust. By the way, he lied in his speech when he said the healthcare would not hurt seniors, but, folks, the truth is he wants to take $500 billion out of seniors' Medicare to pay for his healthcare plan and also does not want seniors to be able to buy Medicare Advantage plans.

Apparently, you haven't read both bills (one in the house and one in the senate). Granted, they don't use the term "death panel", but a criminal doesn't carry a neon sign to advertise his intentions, either. As for illegals, that's a moot point considering a bill for amnesty, and as for Medicare, the provision in both bills removes medicare for the public lifetime option. These are in the bill, regardless of what factcheck purposes (which is not unusual, since the majority of attorneys and judges don't understand either bill as currently written).

So in this specific case I would say to democrats: grow up you behaved and continue to call your opposition all kinds of names and to Republicans I say: stop being cowards and get some backbone already.
