My child came home from school the other day saying that they learned to cough and sneeze into their elbow with Germy Wormie, and I was totally taken aback. I always covered with my hands. But I went to the website and now I get it, hands touch, elbows don't!! Kids can touch 300 surfaces in 1/2 hour and they hate to wash their hands. This is a simple thing that can make a huge difference.

With the possibility of the SWINE FLU being an epidemic world wide, and according to the UN, millions could die, Kathleen Sebelius isn't acting very professional, and she doesn't seem to be worried at all. You would think, with a pending epidemic, so serious as the SWINE FLU, she wouldn't be acting so childish at the press briefing. I question this administration and the UN about the seriousness of SWINE FLU.

Personally, unless you are about to sneeze on a computer keyboard used by the public, I can't stand the "sneeze into your sleeve" approach. That leaves germs multiplying on your clothing so that you can infect others. Thanks, thanks alot.
If you sneeze/cough into your hands, you can use hand sanitizer or wash your hands to remove the germs. Oh, hey, here's a thought!!! Stay home if you can't carry tissues or a handkerchief to catch your cough/sneeze.

I'm 28 years in the restaurant business, and I can tell you that is how every kitchen worker, waitress and dishwasher sneezes. And you turn away from anyone while you're doing it.
