MJ brought alot of dancers to the floor as I was growing up. He still does today. The younger generation learns and performs his songs at talent shows, and other functions. I believe his music/talent will live on just as Elvis' music/talent has and will live on. May the beat go on.

I DON'T CARE!!! BUT, good ol' Michael Jackson is my private stimulus package! We bought our daughter a Thriller jacket & doll in 1983 but they were never used. I saw them in the closet so many times thinking "one of these days those things will be worth something" and never threw them out. Soon after the news yesterday, I put both on ebay with ridiculous starting prices and guess what??They're up to $860 for both!! Check out the action on ebay, seller ID marnieandmos!!

I totally agree, I have been watching "sportscenter" rather than watching all of this overextended coverage about a guy who could sing and dance great. major distraction to one of the biggest tax increase vote in the Legislature today, now that's a story! Or Iran...or North Korea...or Germany's diplomats that are here. The rest of the world covers news events that directly affect us. Whether Jacko is dead or alive, he has no impact on my life. Cap and Trade, that does!

I don’t care if Michael Jackson did drugs, I would be more shocked if he didn’t. But he is dead bow your heads say a prayer and move on. America has got more pressing things to worry about.

What difference does it make if Michael's doctor was licensed in California or not? Is it uncommon for famous people like performers and even presidents to travel with their personal doctor? Is our president's doctor licensed on all our 50 states and aboard? Come on people! Let's not blow this out of proportion.

Bottom line.....He lived, he performed, he innovated, he hid, he came back and he died. Fox, MSMBC, CNN etc..get over it. Let the Biography channel do their job. Come on, get off the Soul Train and get back on OB's trillion dollar gravy train.

Taking Back My Country One Politican At A Time !!

ENOUGH ALREADY !!!!
Exactly how is this impacting our lives? Unless you live in the mindless fantasy world that unfortunatley so many people do then let them go to CNN, MSNBC and get their Hollywood news.
There are people out here waiting to hear about the important business going on in Washington that will impact our lives.
This is a tragedy, but maybe God decided enough people had used and abused him and just took him home to be in peace. God Bless him, but now let him be.
Hollywood and MSNBC can handle all the Jackson News.

A man died. A talented man died. When I say talented I refer to his singing, not the suggestive moves he put into his dance routines. But he was a man that was known to the public through the constant coverage from the news and entertainment industry for most of his life. So… here we are!
Yes, Michael Jackson was a “Pop Star.” So for those that entertainment is the core or center of their life, this is a great tragedy. They will have many days of comfort and grief viewing his life. They also have my condolences that their lives are so superficial that he and his death have become so important to them. For some it will be their chance to cry for the cameras, or have that 15 minutes of fame through interviews. Welcome to Hollywood, welcome to the U.S.!
Michael Jackson was also a ‘pedophile.’ He hurt a lot of good people. He caused pain for children that will last until they take their last breath. Will they receive the tears of the multitudes on that day? Of course not, they aren’t a “Star.”. For those whose lives were ruined by this very sick man, you truly have my condolences for all that pain that you’ve had to endure due to him. And now you have to endure more because the news and entertainment industry won’t let this man be dead and buried without a whole lot of hooplah for ratings. He is dead. He will be judged according to his life and deeds.
What will Michael’s legacy be? Who really cares! I think we should be looking at ourselves and taking an inventory of our principles and values. What are they? How have so many Americans become so acceptable of the bad, corrupt, immoral behavior of public figures? How have we allowed our expectations to get to sewer level? The Michael Jacksons of this world influence our children and culture with negative and sleazy conduct and we sit by and let it happen.
This isn’t about Michael’s legacy, it’s about ours.
