How about this for change: NEVER VOTE FOR A LAWYER AGAIN! Lawyers our out to make money for themselves. If they are they are lawyer don't vote for them. That will fix about 80% of Washington!
Keep up the effort. The left is terrified by the growing numbers. We are all joining because we love our country. When they want to protest something, they either have to bribe homeless bums with cigarettes, or call on their union cronies to get any kind of turnout.

Yes, lets not fund a "ridiculous war" that has kept us safe for the past 8years. I haven't seen anyone attack the US since Sept. 11...but yeah...what a ridiculous war. Instead, lets pay our taxes so the government can spend it all on being "green" and bailing out every idiot. That's so much better.

We CANNOT resort to screaming people down or any violence of any kind. That will only deminish the proper message. They fear us, use that! Use that against them. Ridicule them back. They are unable to have a civil debate, they have no point.

Main point: We can't just push for lower taxes. The conventional wisdom for the longest was if we cut taxes, then they (Congress) couldn't spend as much. But now with these neo-Dems, we know they will just crank up the printing press regardless of the consequences. So we must push for LESS SPENDING and SMALLER GOVERNMENT.

Our little town of Aitkin, MN had its first party on the 4th. Not a lot of people, but it was the 4th and in our locale you take advantage of summer for recreation. Most driving by honked their support.
My disappointment was in our newspaper. There was a lack of making the readers aware before and not much after. A couple pictures with the line "The Aitkin Tea Party, held on the courthouse grounds July 4, drew a crowd to discuss politics". We DID discuss politics, but we also expressed our opinons regarding our distress with the present administration with signs.
Too many people aren't really aware of what the T.E.A. Parties are about (my hair dresser didn't).
The press, at least in some areas, are not taking this seriously. Hopefully our word of mouth will be able to accomplish what they won't (or can't).
I don't know when the next rallies are to be, but we must keep them going and make more people aware.
