Did Obama Supporter Shut Down Atlanta Tea Party?
President Obama may restrict his reaction to the nationwide tea party movement whereby tens of thousands of people are objecting to the spending spree on which the U.S. government has embarked under his leadership, but some of his supporters are taking more direct action: using an easement agreement to cancel a July 4th event scheduled on private property in Atlanta.

Thw way that it was presented to me : The Chairman of the Board of Simon and Simon ( Mall developers) and his wife are one of the top cash donors to the Democratic party, since they control the property that the T-Party was to be held on they cancelled the agreement with the T-Party members. Now, more than ever, we need to let our voices be heard loud and clear because THEY are not listening to us in D.C. You don';t need organizers for this...you just need the people of Atlanta & GA who feel this was a political move to stop the tea party to just show up/park/wear clothing stateing their purpose (use marks a lot on white tee shirt...that simple)/walk the mall peacefully/buy nothing. If just one person called a local radio station (1 with open minded DJs) and I bet they could fill the parking lot. The owners can't tow away 3000 cars and they can't have 3000 people arrested. You are just window shopping. Do that every Saturday till the end of the year and you will make your point. Congress & the Presidency are not above the PEOPLE. Constitution starts with "We the people..........."

A similar stunt was tried in DC! But they were able to reschedule for July 5th, as I understand it. PLEASE do not swallow the pretenses espoused by the "oppositon". The "tea parties" are keeping them awake at nights! And that they have been peaceful and non-violent, not to mention non-partisan, is just beyond their comprehension. YES WE WILL!

I would not go as far as Goodbye US, but I really dislike the way members of Congress has abused their power. The fear tactics of BHO, comments "WE WON", my god it sounds so much like high school. The people who voted for his man, probably thought they were going to have a free ride. Well, they need to wake up, cause this country is going fast down the drain. Where is the birth certificate? Apparently no one read the article...this was going to be on private property. In America, if someone owns the property, they can decide who protests on it. This wasn't public property.

They had "permission" to use this property since March- and only last week, when it was too late to get another venue did this Simple Simon decide they could not use the property next to his mall. It was not an innocent thing- he knew and he waited, in order to prevent the group from holding their protest.
Someone suggested that the rally be held, "silently" if you will on the 4th. People show up, park in his parking lots, with cars filled with TeaParty signs, and then enter his malls, wearing rally t- shirts and browse in the mall all day- not shopping or buying anything!! Can't carry signs in the malls, but if thousands of people clogged the mall- it would probably get the message out!
