The Difference is: Protestors angry at the Bush Administration had felt they had no other choice but to protest because the decision to go to War was an Executive Decision made without Public Consideration.
Unlike the protestors in the wake of the Iraq War, The Town Hall Protestors actually have a choice to Participate in Civil Discourse Before the final Decision is made regarding a national health reform policy that will affect them and their children. So it is imperative to excercise your demcratic rights to engage in public discourse, but Also one must bear the correlated reponsibility not to protest or shout down other points of views, as a Town Hall is NOT an appropriate time to Protest; otherwise, we all miss out on democracy...
