His take on Malpractice is that the Law Suits make up a small % of the cost of healthcare,and he stops there
He fails to address between $100-200 billion dollars are spent annually by doctors practicing "Defensive Medicine ",ordering many tests to protect themselves against malpractice law suits,and the DEMtards have no committment to reduce malpractice limits or awards
