Al Gore Snowman Contest
HUMAN EVENTS announces its first ever Al Gore Snowman contest. Our friend Amb. Fred Eckert suggested that we award a prize for the best snowman made to look like the chief poobah of global warming baloney, former Vice President Al Gore.
With Washington digging out of a near-record snowfall, it’s only appropriate to (dis)honor the principal perpetrator of biggest fraud since the UN’s Oil for Food scandal. (That one, after all, only cost about $30 billion. The global warming “cap and tax” legislation will cost much more.)

I've noticed that boneheads like ProudDem and all the other chicken-little-the-sky-is-falling morons have been changing their battle cry from "Global Warming" to "Climate Change." I guess to make it more paletable. OF COURSE the climate changes!! It's been happening for 4.5 billion years!

You boneheads can't wrap your tiny heads around the idea of climate change. Because the name of it is global warming, you assume it means that only things will get warm, but climate change happens in many different ways at different times. Extreme weather, hot or cold is a product.

Al Gore is making a fortune built on lies. The earth has gone through climate changes for millions of years before man made his appearance and continued after. How can we be so arrogant that we think we can stop what has gone on for eons. Perhaps if the cave men had breathed less and passed gas less the world would be in better shape.

Go ahead and laugh. What we have seen in the last few weeks is the opposite end of climate change. I'm talking longer, hotter drier summers and shorter but more powerful winter storms. Winter in general is getting shorter and shorter. One can deny climate change all one wants, but this is a global disaster in the making. Climate change is more dangerous than any terrorist will ever be.

Al Gore needs to return to the American people the 10 mill he made from speeches he made all over the world for this hoax he and a crew of enivronmental pinheads proceeded to almost jam down all our throats. I leave Mother Nature and God up above to take care of our climate. Maybe there is a reason for everything, did that ever occur to the Mr. "Brain" -Al Gore,,, or does he think he is God now and he created the world in 6 days also , and it wasn't God or the light of the sun or the waters in our earth after all ?? Gore is the biggest PHONY and egotistical food I have ever seen in politics or otherwise in my lifetime....

Oh this is interesting - I know how this site sometimes loses posts, but ussually once they are up, they stay up. I just note that one of mine disappeared after it was up for a while - it was the one where I pointed out that the writer of this article obviously knows absolutely nothing about the Oil-For-Food scandal. The only one who lost money on that was Saddam - for all of the alledged bribes that didn't help him. I think it was because I highlighted the author's lack of intelligence.
