Why Doesn't He Discuss 'Victory' in Afghanistan?
Nov. 30 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama will outline for the public tomorrow the cost of his new strategy in Afghanistan and the limits on U.S. involvement there, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said.
Obama last night ordered his military commanders to begin carrying out his plan, which he’ll announce in an address from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York.
“You will hear the president discuss clearly that this is not open-ended,” Gibbs said. “This is about what has to be done in order to ensure that the Afghans can assume the responsibility of securing their country.”

He will not say Victory because he knows he does not have the ability to attain a Victory in Afghanistan. 1.) He can not emphathize with the military because he never served so can not possibly understand what it means to "actually serve the Nation" and by all accounts has never sacrificed anything or anyone for our Nation. He can not understand what the words Win or Victroy means because by all my research he has had pretty much everything in his life handed to him, an Ivy League education paid in full by us the tax payer. His total lack of expierience in dealing with armed conflicts will be the very reason that Victory in Afghanistan is improbable. Obama should know that you do not put a time line on Victory or success in war and let the enemy hear about it, that only strengthens the enemy, thats like playing a football game and telling the other team that you are going to lay down and let them use you as a door mat in the 4th quarter. This guy needs to seriously wake up to reality.
