ACORN Organizer: 'We Knew We Were Gonna Put in Obama'
I was driving to my local OSH hardware store in West L.A. yesterday to buy some tools for the house where I spotted an ACORN rally across the street at some FOX studio. After buying some supplies, I went into my car to get the brand new hand-held HD video camera I had purchased just the night before for an upcoming vacation. With camera in hand, I walked towards the protesters to gather some pictures and video footage of the rally. I also called my friend Andrew Breitbart and suggested he come down. I had a feeling he’d be interested.
But before he could make it to the rally, an ACORN organizer had crossed the street and approached me with an ACORN flyer in her hand. As she started to talk, I clicked the record button of the new camera I had bought on a whim, not knowing what it would capture or how it even worked, for that matter. I heard the same things you will now hear on this recording. Three minutes later I walked away in shock. I started to tremble from what she admitted to me with utter nonchalance. I walked inside a nearby store and found a quiet place to play the tape for myself and realized that I had wintessed something maybe no one was ever supposed to hear. Read more here.

You can tell a lot by a group by the group that is their operating base.
All of these "get out the vote" movements just about without exception are appealing to the naive, inexperienced, or just plain foolish.
These people were obviously from the start using inner city feelings of disenfrranchisement coupled with undeserved entitlement to motivate this particular group to vote.
This all needs to be exposed to the light of day and action taken. Al Franken-Stein's election was largely affected by Acorn's work, Almost all of the Big City democrats were helped and emboldened by this organization. They need to be stopped.

I wonder, if Acorn had been a Republican organization and had all this fraud first, how would the MSM have reacted, would they still have sat on this story? As much as I disagree with virtually everything that Acorn does or stands for, I think that they actually stand a good chance of winning this lawsuit. I think Congress violated Article 1 Section 9 of the US Constitution: No bill of attainder.

For a Bill of Attainer congress would have to pass a law which is a bill before that. Congress just de-funded them, and no law was passed to fund them in the first place. They have no case and it will be thrown out. Ac tually it may violate the Constitution to fund them in the first place because congress has no power to do that under the Constitution.
A true bill of attainer would be like passing a law that taxes people punitively based on their income, like taxing anyone who makes over $250,000 a year to pay for health care. You know like Maobama has a stiffy to do.

" They haven't legally punished Acorn for bilking the American public, the funds were stopped to avoid more money flowing to a corrupt organization. I'm not a lawyer but I can't see it but that could be just wishful thinking.
