The 9/11 attackers were technically NOT on American soil - they were in out air space. They are not citizens and the laws in place at the time of their arrest gave them NO RIGHTS to the Constitution. How would any of you out their feel if in your past, say hypothetically, had an abortion and a presidential administration and congress tomorrow declared it murder - should we go back and charge every woman who had an abortion in the past????
