Holder has an agenda, and it is not justice. Remember, Holder's former law firm, Covington and Burling, who he worked for until THIS YEAR represents over a dozen Gitmo detainees for FREE. The Obama "adminstration" has again shown that they have absolutely no concern for anything but their adgenda. It is obvious to any prosecutor that you cannot change from a military matter to a criminal proceeding after the suspect is in custody. The rules are conflicting. Obama further prejudiced the case by declaring that KSM would be convicted and executed. KSM is now as good as free! WHY?? Obama has three goals:
1. Try Bush, Cheney and the CIA.
2. Divert attention away from his other bad policies that he will push hard during the trial.
3. Pardon KSM if he does not win re-election.
The rest of us will be left to clean up his mess and repair the severe damage to our intelligence agencies, our country and our pocketbooks. Obama and Holder should go on trial for their attack on us.
Do Not Make Excuses
Why would they spend taxpayers dollars on these trials, when all they can say is that healthcare is unsustainable, we are headed for a double dip recession. The American people don't want this, but yet again it will be shoved down our throats and we will pay for it. Insanity pure and simple.
